The concept floor plan of the 2,235 square foot space was initially done by Denali. The optimally designed office contains the following in addition to the 6 treatments rooms: waiting room with beverage bar, kids play area, and a private checkin; pano X-ray “room” just outside the waiting room; patient restroom; large sterilization and lab with plenty of cabinetry and shelving, cart storage, and tip-out bins for consumerables/supplies; break room with washer/dryer, full kitchen, and attached staff restroom; doctor’s office with secure computer server closet, mechanical room for vac, compressor, and electric panels; rear staff entrance/exit; front consult room; two private sit-down checkout areas; and separate patient entrance and exit.
