Suburban Houston is the location of this husband and wife dental team’s new start practice. The Denali Group was hired for our full service package to do extensive demographics on the entire Houston market; and then subsequently locate and negotiate the lease on a well situated location; followed by planning, helping design, and building-out this 2,865 square foot dental office. This dental team relocated from across the country to open their new practice, and relied on Denali to find the perfect location and handle all logistics of the physical manifestation of their professional dreams. This 8 operatory practice features the usual amenities, but is also located in a female-oriented shopping center, which includes an all-women workout gym, day spa, nail salon, and several other related retailers.
